How Pawdee works
Finding someone to look after your dog should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens, from the first search to the first photo update.

Search near you
Pick your city and what you need — a walk, a groom, a day of company, or a whole week away. We show you who is nearby, what they charge and what other owners thought.

Read the reviews properly
Only owners who have actually booked can review. Read a few, look at the repeat-client count, and get a feel for whether this is your person.

Send a booking request
Tell them about your pet: the medication, the food, the thing that scares them. Nothing is charged while you wait for a reply.

Meet first, always
We encourage a short meet-and-greet before the first booking. If it does not feel right, you are free to keep looking. No awkwardness, no fee.

Relax — and check your phone
Sitters send photo updates during every booking. You get to see the muddy, happy, fast-asleep evidence.

Questions owners ask us
- What does it cost?
- Prices are set by each sitter and shown on their profile — typically ฿250–400 for a walk and ฿550–950 a night for boarding. You always see the price before you request.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are not live yet. When they launch we plan to support PromptPay, credit and debit cards, and possibly TrueMoney Wallet.
- Are sitters checked?
- Every sitter is ID-checked and reference-checked before going live. A fuller background-verification process is in development.
- What if something goes wrong?
- Bookings made through Pawdee come with support and emergency vet cover under the Pawdee Promise. Cover terms are being finalised with our insurance partner.
- Do you take cats?
- Some sitters do, and more services are coming. For now Pawdee is strongest on dog walking, grooming, day care and boarding.
